BEBE Blue twist detail ruched strapless tube dress

In excellent pre-owned condition! Worn a couple times. Lined with silicone underneath for non-slip, zips up in the back. Please note that on the back of the dress the seam seems to have some thread that is a bit loose but it is not coming apart though! Great dress for your next night out, date night or party! Please note that one of the black strings for hanging the dress has come off. This does NOT affect the quality of the dress!
