pradayourself @instyle11 hi! it's 37" lying down but in reality once it's on you it's more like 33" as you see on the model. I am 5'2" and it is not long. I normally wear xs-s and it falls snug on the thigh way before your knees. yes there is a lining but it can easily be altered if you wish. I will add 2 pics as I tried it on for you so u can see the real length but I would like to remove them afterwards lol
