BEBE white peplum top with thick straps and small cut out details

Please read! There are some light dirt marks on both sides of the straps and across the waist (where the cut out design is) and some slight yellowing on the chest area. The top is NOT as bright white as it used to be. I have already soaked it twice in detergent and Oxi clean powder and it has been through the washing machine twice. I am not sure if there another way to brighten it more. Still a very cute top! SELLING AS IS
