21” chest PTP, laying flat, plus some stretch Soft Lightweight Coming from a super huge Billy Joel fan, this is a great piece to add to your collection! I would be keeping this if it wasn’t too small for me sadly! Does have some light marking on the front, as pictured in photos, however, in all honesty, in person and when wearing this, it is not that big a deal, especially for a vintage concert shirt like this 🥰
