BIRKS EPNS Pedastal Plate

This BIRKS plate has a raised base. Ideal for a cake or squares. It has an ornate cut-out pattern alternating with a etched area. The bottom has the BIRKS stamp and EPNS. I'm in the process of polishing it and will post more images once that's completed.
