22margaret @sixteenrd I would suggest knowing ur measurements and compare them to the size guide on the listing to choose the appropriate size. Take into consideration its a bustier so you want it a bit tight to give u a bit of va va voom! Hopefully that helps...if u have any other questions don't hesitate to ask.
