Black velvet and sequin strapless mini dress. Top part is black sequin and voluminous. Body of the dress is form fitting, stretchy and black velvet. Can be worn off the shoulders (in photo) or on the shoulders. Stretchy and comfortable. Size XS Mini length, hits mid thigh on 5’9 person. Excellent condition, only worn once.
