BLACK sparkle plus size top

Adorable black top with 3/4 sleeves and silver specs throughout. Tassels on the bottom. Pair with some white or grey pants from my closet to save. This was my moms and has no brand or size tag but is likely a 2X. Please see measurements below for approximate sizing. Care tag is attached.
