Light blue fit & flare dress with stationary straps, back zipper, pleating at the sweetheart bust/neckline, stationary straps & lined in blue with white lace trim. The waist has a cummerbund design with pin tucking. The feature of the dress is the white ribbon embroidered on the skirt into a floral pattern offering contrast & texture to the blue skirt.
