BLUECONY IKUKO Basic Fixed Meditation Bench in Natural Wood Finish

Beautiful handcrafted meditation bench from Montréal wellness company Bluecony. Made out of sustainable cherry wood in a natural (light) finish. Standard height (18 cm / 7in). This is the "fixed" version, not the portable travel version (the legs are not removable). Has a forward-tilted seat for spinal alignment and ergonomic posture during seated meditation practice. Very comfortable support for seated/kneeling stances. Relieves spinal compression and tension in the legs. I used this bench to help stretch and align my lower back during yoga practice, but I don't use it much anymore. It needs a new home. :) Like new condition.
