heiditemple So sorry- I have been a little scattered- lots going on in my family….. The waist is approximately 25 inches - but it is elastic so flexible - I wear a 28 inch Jean and skirt fit comfortably on me. The length is 41.5 inches. I wore skirt a little higher on my waist and paired it with a wide white elastic belt - looked sharp ( I thought anyway)
