xohobo @tmleblancslater hi dear, this heart shaped body jewelry is the only kind I have to sell. I initially got it for my anti-tragus piercing, but ended up letting it close in. I am unsure whether this would be a fitting shape for a septum piercing in particular, although I do want to point out just in general that you should know your gauge size when looking for body jewelry so you make sure the fit is right! 😊
