shoesequalhappy @mscynthiaanne Hi there , the width at the bottom of leg is 14.5” and hip measurement is approximately 23.5 “ across . There are no flaws on these shorts at all and the waist has some elastic ( paper bag waist ) can be cinched with belt if you like . Hope that helps !
