BNWOT Green Tunic/Dress for going out to a beach party/ summer pool by TOPSHOP

Bought this a while back from TopShop for about $40.00 and I thought I would wear it but decided it’s a little too revealing in the front area. Can be worn as a dress if your shorter than me (I’m 5”7) or a tunic shirt with some shorts or pants if your a bit taller. The openings are supposed see a to be in the front part and sit underneath your breasts around your abdomen
