BNWOT High Low Embroider Formal Dress

Bought this dress on Amazon for $122 with shipping and taxes. They sent a size 10 which is way too big for me as I'm a petite size 6-8. Vendor will not pay for return shipping which costs as much as the dress. Really beautiful embroidery which I would have loved to have worn to a wedding. Unfortunately I did not have time for alterations and there will be lot to alter. I don't think I would have another occasion to wear this dress.
