yvonnejamesxo I was very interested in buying these shoes , however changed my mind when you said "BRAND NEW" and it's not. I can tell because the writing inside the shoes tells a completely different story. You lied and you lost my confidence in you as a seller.😲

jenjxc @yvonnejamesxo Thanks for your interest in these shoes. As these photos show, the soles of the shoes are completely intact. I’ve worked in the shoe industry for a couple of years and this is how we can tell if a shoe has been worn before a return. However, you are correct in terms of the writing on the inside of one shoe. The writing on one of the shoe is faded, but as these photos show, the writing in the other foot is completely intact.

jenjxc @yvonnejamesxo That is how I received the shoes when I purchased it, along with the speck of paint noted on the bottom of one foot’s sole as well. The soles and the heels of the shoe is intact, no scuff marks or indentations noted, which would be seen in a shoe that has been worn before. I can guarantee that these shoes are brand new, they have never been worn. I received them this way. Have a nice day.
