Hi! Wondering if these shoes are a size 6.5 as in the picture and not size 7.5 as in the listing description? Would you please confirm? Also, are these leather uppers?

@aidaloves apologies, yes, 6.5 not 7.5, error on my part- uppers are leather, tongue itself is nylon.
