BNWT Banana Republic Tiered Shift Dress - Size 8 Tall - Soft White

BNWOT Banana Republic tiered shift dress. All one piece but the top section tiers slightly over the pencil skirt at the bottom. The material has a slight texture to it and is a soft white colour - not bright white but not cream either. Short sleeve. The item is a BR “tall” but it just means the pencil skirt is slightly long - around knee length. Back zipper and small back slit. It is a size 8 but I think it fits on the smaller side.
