poshfitzcloset @danabananastyle thanks so much for your interest! Lying flat: the point where the garmet would sit under the arm is 16”. The point where it crosses the bust is 15”, the waist (where the garmet tapers in) is 14”. It has absolutely no stretch. I hope that helps! Let me know if you have further questions 🙂
