BNWT Forever 21 High Low Black Pleated Skirt size XS

This skirt is brand new with tags still attached. I never got a chance to wear it. It’s got an elastic waist band which is very comfortable and stretchy. It’s got a black lining underneath but it’s not all the way down. The lining ends up to the knees. I have added a photo of the lining. The pleats fall beautifully and it’s a beautiful high low skirt.
