Purchased directly from F21 and never worn. This dress is the most beautiful shade of cornflower blue with floral print in shades of navy, peach, white and mustard yellow. There are ruffled cap sleeves and a tie that ties behind the neck. It is a light and floating material with a matching cornflower blue slip attached underneath. Perfect for a summer stroll with that special someone or for a fun day with friends! Approx measurements laid flat: - waist is 13in but easily stretches to 16in - waist to bottom of dress is 21in - pit to pit is 15in

heatherjonasson I'm re looking at this beautiful dress. your measurements show 15 inches across chest...so 30 inches total. is there stretch as I don't think anyone has a 30 bust?

amber_roxx @heatherjonasson It's actually hard to measure as the top of the dress crosses in the front and allows for the fabric to drape across the chest. The dress is sized as a medium and in my opinion, I believe it fits true to size. The dress fits me however, as I am tall, I just found I was not comfortable with the overall length.
