Brand new. Never worn. With tag. Black & white print throughout. Slimming around the waist due to the way the lines & stitching is done. A-line from the waist down. Slight stretch in fabric makes it comfortable. There is elastase in the fabric. See pic of tag. Office/work friendly. Good zipper down the back. I’m 5’4 and the hem sits 2 inches below my knees. Waist: 13 inches across front, but has stretch. So more like 14 inches. All around can easily fit 26-27 inches. Across the bust line, pit to pit: 15 inches across the front, but has stretch. So more like 16 inches. All around can easily fit 31-32 inches.
