BNWT Locher’s Paris top

I ordered this cute and sassy top and didn’t like the way it looked on me. It is embroidered with Maybe Baby but this top is a definite yes with it’s pretty soft yellow and ruffles. It is 18 inches pit to pit but I am bigger and it fit me fine there. It is 23 inches long. I ordered XL but seems closer to a large to me.
