Hard to measure since it’s meant to be high waisted, but I think M fits up to 36 inches if you wear it on the hips. If you wear it higher on muffin top area or waist area, I’d say it works for up to 26 inch ish waists, but overall seems to suit those who wear XS-S. I would say another size S I measured from the same collection fits around the same, with maybe an inch difference with stretch accounted for (maybe 34-35in hips, and 24-25in waist). Due to shape, it may squeeze muffin top a bit.
