BNWT - Lovely Capris *READ DESCRIPTION*

These gorgeous capris are black with white polka dot. Size says XL but I would put them at M-L. From Ricki's with price still attached. Inseam from crotch to bottom is 19". From waist to bottom is 31" and width of waist is 19". Fabric has bit of stretch to it. Definately lovely feel to them and could be quite dressy
