BNWT Lulus’s maxi floral dress

This dress is new with tags, never worn. It is floor length with a slip underneath. The straps are spaghetti with ruffles and there is a cut out under the boobs with a cinch tie. The flowers are a cream/ yellow colour. So pretty, but does not fit me.
