Love it, but it's a bit snug on my hips so I haven't worn it :( NWT, you will love the feel of the silky and flowing 100% cupro fabric (aka vegan silk). Adorable puffed sleeves, fun print and comfortable soft elastic in the waist. Waist 14" will extend to 15" ptp 16" hips measure 19.5" laying flat. Best for hips measuring less so it is not snug.
