BNWT (never worn) Become a starry night dream in Samantha Pleet's Celestial Venus velvet embroidered dress. Made in her signature stretch velvet with gold celestial starry night embroidery. Beautiful darted sleeves. Comfortable and flattering. There is a tie on each side to give some cinching at the waist as needed. I don't normally take an XS in a dress (usually sz 6 or so) but this fits beautifully and stretches to fit in a very flattering way.
