Brand new with tags satin burgundy house of Harlow 1960 blazer with shoulder pads. Size S. Pockets are not functional. All buttons are intact. There is a button inside of the blazer. Small stain on front of blazer under left pocket, please see photos. Buttons on cuffs are not functional.
