BNWT T by Alexander Wang Dress

Retails for $565, never worn. Bought it for a summer wedding and never wound up wearing it, and haven't had an excuse to since. Super cute, knee length, A-line, with a cutout detail that shows a bit of ribs. Back features an elastic strap with hook and eye closure, so it can adjust to fit pretty much anyone. It's well structured with a few panels and darts at the bust, and the fabric is a nice thickness/stiffness, so hangs nicely and is super flattering.
