Simply gorgeous! 100% silk. 2 pieces - slip dress lining worn underneath. Removable tie at waist. Bought from Holt Renfrew but I just haven’t gotten around to wearing it. May just keep it and wear it if I can’t recover most of what I paid for it. Truly elegant dress!

seitzy @anitwl hi there! I measured across where the belt goes - from the little loop on one side to the loop on the other was ~19.5”. The dress is designed to be a big so it gathers when belted. Hope that helps! Happy to answer any more ?’s!
