Sold out online! - Size medium - Smocked top with ruffle detail - Fully lined skirt - will be warm for the fall - Can be worn on or off the shoulder I found this dress a bit too big. I wear a 28 in jeans, and I’m sometimes a dress size 6, sometimes an 8. This dress has a stretchy top so I’d say it would best fit a true size 8 but could even fit a size 10.
