Brand new with tags Velvet pants by Velvet heart. Size 2X, they are a wide leg and have an elastic waistband so can fit larger than the measurements below. Waist is 17.75 inches, inseam is just under 23 inches, cuff of pant is just over 13.5 inches across at the very bottom.
