Velcro closure with one buckle and double d-clip to attach leash. Mesh interior. Super cute for the spring/summer season. XS size (taken direct from chart on tag - see picture above) for dog with measurements around chest behind armpits between 11”-15” and with neck circumference of 9”. Bought from Pet Value impulsively for my pup when he was a puppy without knowing his measurements and it was a bit too small. Never been worn except to try on once. Tags still on.
