BNWT holiday plaid skirt size L (but fits like a small medium)

Are you still looking for a cute holiday outfit? BNWT holiday plaid skirt! Adorable it just doesn’t fit and I can’t return. I hope someone can enjoy it! size L (but fits small). I’m usually a medium and it’s too tight. It does up, but it’s tight. So it’s a smaller medium or a smaller more comfortable. I’m between an 8-10. It’s more like a 6-8. 100% cotton, so no stretch but beautiful quality. Local small shop! I will ship today so hopefully it’ll arrive in time!
