dm131 Can the padding be removed from top?

twomanythreads @dm131 no because the top is shaped as it is padded :) there are two loops of fabric that you can see in the pic of the inside of the top, those are to add additional padding as you might see in a VS bra!

twomanythreads @m_daniels55 I'm so sorry I missed your question! When laid flat out, the measurement is 27" at the last (longest) of 3 holes to hook the strap together. It does offer some stretch.
