BOG Collective Dress

beautiful navy and white summer dress. Very lightweight and flowy, great for a wedding or event. Only worn once for a few hours for an event. Very comfortable as well. Size medium - back panel has a lot of stretch to it. Only reason for selling as it does not fit my shoulders properly but can be worn off the shoulder as well as on the shoulder!
