[BP?] Vintage Silver Buffet Stand

"E.P.N.S. B.P. Co..." Hand engraved date of Feb '85. Do not have any more detailed information on this piece. Was polished for pics and then not touched and now needs repolishing, as it's been listed for a couple years now. Not going to polish it again. Refer to last pictures for current state. Vintage and used, expect imperfections. As-is.
