BR silk/cotton mock-neck sweater tie neck

70% silk, 30% cotton Sleeveless sweater top is black with a mock neck collar. The tie neck adds some detail on the front along with the buttons on the right side. The bottom is elastic so the top has a slight poof when worn. Top is light but warm. Can be worn as is or with a layering piece underneath.
