BRAND NEW Le Château floral off-the-shoulder dress with a minor defect!

Selling this brand new off the shoulder dress. I bought the wrong size! There’s a defect (a small rip) on the dress but I believe it can be repaired if you bring it to a seamstress or if you know how to sew.
