BRAND NEW Turquoise body con dress (S)

Gorgeous V neck turquoise strapless dress! Bought for a wedding that we didn’t end up getting to go to. :( I’m usually a Small or XS and this fits perfectly. I’m 5’4” and it goes a little below my knees. The V neck is held up by metal bars.
