BRAND NEW VELZY STRAPLESS DRESS

Brand new. Purchase for my vacay. Never worn. Did purchase size medium as this dress is was sold out in small. I did get it taken in prior to trip in hips and waist. But sadly went to wear it and it was still too big all over. Brand is RUNWAY THE LABEL. Would for size 6-8 I’m a 4-6 for reference
