Do they fit like a true 28?

@livribecco I measured the waist (belt line) and it reads just over 14 inches which should be a perfect 28 according to google lol.
But if you’re comparing to jeans like American eagle I would say it’s on the smaller side but I know American eagle runs larger anyway. They are 98% cotton and 2% elastic which is nice for durability but they don’t have much give to them if need be.
