BUCKSKIN/SUEDE SKIRT Vintage WRAP AROUND, Short Skirt TIE WAIST

This is a cute wrap-around, and one size fits all. The suede or buckskin is pieced together to form a flattering a A-line shape. The maximum waist would be about 25 or 26 inches to allow for a decent overlap. The actual measurement around the waist is 30 inches, and around the hem bottom is 61 inches. The length from waist to hem is 16 inches, and the ties are 34 inches long. It is from 1960/70's and the brand name is Tempo West.
