Discover delicious recipes/cooking techniques with this bundle of 2 vintage books- ROBERTSHAW Measured Heat Cookbook & Cooking Made Easy. From late 40’s. Both measure approximately 8.75” x 6“ with a coil binding. ROBERTSHAW book has 94 pages with a few colour pictures and over 230 recipes. ‘Tested recipes for time and temperature cooking.’ Cooking Made Easy has 132 pages (no pictures), some aging of pages to beige colour, and a hand-written recipe at back page. All intact, pages flat, some wear and a bit of rounded page ends but overall, both books in good condition for this vintage. See all pics.
