babyb69 are these suited to thin or wide calves? I'm about 5'10, with pretty scrawny legs, so finding tall boots that fit (without them gaping, bunching oddly, or stiffly protruding in a way-too-large false calf shape in back of leg) is SO difficult! If you wouldn't mind, I'd really appreciate your measuring the circumference around the ankle, mid point (or widest part of boot's leg), and top opening, in inches, please. thank you very much!
