Good preowned condition, white, ruched-waist, rolled sleeve/almost muscle shirt top by Ricki's with medium black polka dots printed throughout. Fabric is a soft, bouncy, stretchy sorta textured polyester. With it's black and white cartoon and retro rockabilly vibes, this top has a lot of good things going for it.
