B&W Polka Dot Keyhole Blouse

This blouse doesn't have a tag listing material contents but my best guess is polyester. The blouse has long sleeves with elastic cuffs and a round neckline with a keyhole cut-out in both the front and back. The back also has a button at the back of the neck and some pleats at the front.. The fabric is black with small white polka dots. The top has a loose fit and normal wear, but no issues affecting wearability. This piece isn't marked with a size but measures like a size large. The pit-to-pit measurement is slightly small, but is affected by the pleats and keyhole front, which are hard to measure flat.
