Very cute black and white dress from Pure Essence.. Made in Canada . It feels like cotton but it’s a rayon and nylon mix. Sleeveless, flattering shape with curved waistband. Side pocket , round neck, shaped skirt with balloon hem. Can be worn on its own or over dress or leggings. P to p 22, length from shoulder 42.5”.
