B&W striped dress

J.Crew Black and white dress no size or fabric content tags. Light and airy. Lined w a cream fabric. Approx measurements laid flat (see pics) 17" bust (pit to pit), elastic waist= 12.75 unstratched to 16" stretched, 13" straps, 28" length from top of back zipper. not stretch fabric except the waistline. Good condition (no stains or tears).
